Princess Cruises – We are currently searching for a highly motivated Marketing Analytics Specialist who will support email and direct mail list pull targeting strategy, execution and post campaign analysis. This position reports to the CRM, Analytics and Targeting Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Proposing, presenting and discussing targeting strategy with extended team based on review & analysis of post campaign performance, product initiatives, digital and brand data to improve consumer conversion rates and drive incremental sales

  • Determining the spend of $500K+ campaign budgets by determining whom to target with direct mail campaigns

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the campaign performance logic implemented in the Siebel CRM system and connecting data across multiple data systems (Siebel, Responsys, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and the corporate data warehouse)

  • Write SQL code against an Oracle DB2 database to turn business questions into data driven analytical solutions

  • Collaborating with other areas of the business to implement marketing strategy into targeted and personalized emails and direct mailings

  • Querying and analyzing data to develop campaign targeting segments that optimize email and direct marketing campaigns

  • Setting up A/B tests for marketing campaigns, providing targeted email and direct mail lists and analyzing test results

  • Developing accurate recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel and PowerPoint by writing database queries, extracting data and analyzing trends

  • Automating recurring campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Statistics, Economics or a related analytical field or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience of a Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field

  • Critical thinking and problem solving

  • Translate business questions into data driven solutions

  • Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to manipulate data and numerical fluency

  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to work collaboratively and enthusiastically within and across multiple departments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred; aptitude to learn SQL required

Preferences

  • Experience with Tableau, Siebel, Business Objects, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Workbench, Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or Responsys
