Princess Cruises Strategy Associate in SANTA CLARITA, California
Santa Clarita, CA
Princess Cruises seeks a Strategy Associate to join our dynamic, results-focused team of operators and analysts.
Want to do meaningful work with a fun, high-impact team that values and will help you build on your strategy consulting skills? Interested in adding some balance to your work / life balance?
Our team brings operational and analytical expertise together to work on some of the organization’s toughest challenges. You’ll be working with senior leaders with deep operational experience and an appreciation for what consultants bring to the table – the VP managing the team is a BCG alum, and the brand President is a Bain alum.
The role will be engaging and challenging while you are at the office, and we offer the opportunity for great work/life balance and limited travel. Oh, and when you do travel, sometimes it will be on cruise ships.
In this role, you will:
Join a dynamic, results-focused team of operators and analysts working in Agile sprints to ensure we have the right resources working on the highest-impact priorities.
Do a lot more than execute accurate analysis and write persuasive slides (though you will do both of those) – you’ll figure out important product changes and help implement them.
Work on high-visibility, high-priority initiatives in Guest Experience and Product Development and, where needed, directly for the Brand President.
Excellent analytical skills, combined with strong business sense
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with, and build credibility with, people from a wide range of backgrounds
Consulting experience at BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Oliver Wyman
Experience working with Tableau, SQL and/or R is a plus. Willingness to learn is a must.
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Travel: 5-10%, but an openness to occasional international travel (including by ship) is a must
